Historic District

The South Carthay neighborhood was developed in the 1930s with duplexes and fourplexes on the exterior blocks and single-family homes on the interior blocks. The Spanish Colonial Revival duplexes are emblematic of Westside urban chic. The original Spanish style is maintained by historic preservation zoning codes (HPOZ).
